Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers; handle petty cash.
• Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile inventory and match physical stock with accounts.
• Track customer payments, follow up on dues, and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficient in accounting software like Tally, Excel, and other ERP tools.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and responsible with financial information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent accounting degree.
• Prior experience in the jewellery or retail industry preferred.
