**About the Role** Vasundhara Properties, a leading developer and civil contractor specializing in bungalows and modern houses, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction sites in Siliguri. This full-time position requires a hands-on individual with a proven track record of success in site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and basic project reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards. Daily site visits are essential, and owning a two-wheeler is mandatory. **Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects on-site. - Coordinate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. - Conduct regular quality checks to maintain project standards and ensure adherence to specifications. - Prepare and submit basic project reports on a regular basis. - Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance. - Maintain accurate records of project materials, labor hours, and expenses. - Resolve any arising technical problems or conflicts effectively and promptly. **Skills & Experience** - Proven experience in managing construction sites. - Hands-on experience in site execution. - Strong coordination skills with contractors and subcontractors. - Proficiency in quality checks and inspections. - Ability to prepare basic project reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's / Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering. - 1-3 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in Nepali, Hindi, and Bengali language. **Compensation & Benefits** The salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
