• Operate pharmacy billing software for creating and managing customer invoices.
• Maintain accurate digital records of stock, sales, and purchases.
• Assist in managing online medicine orders and inventory updates.
• Generate daily sales reports and assist in auditing stock.
• Support the pharmacist in maintaining customer records and prescriptions.
• Handle customer queries, both in-store and via phone, with professionalism.
• Ensure data entry accuracy while updating product or customer information.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and prescription information

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, data entry).
• 10+2 or Graduate (Preferred background in science or commerce).
• Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
