Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Executive at TVS Siliguri, you will be the first point of contact for customers post-sales. Your role is critical in building customer loyalty by addressing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth service experience. You will work closely with the sales, service, and technical teams to deliver a seamless ownership journey for every TVS customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle inbound calls/messages.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to service, maintenance, bookings, or product issues.
• Maintain follow-ups with customers for service reminders and feedback collection.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in customer support or automobile industry is a plus.
