**About the Role** Summit Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in Siliguri. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills to manage the Chairman's schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications effectively. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing hospitality organization at a vibrant hill station location. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chairman's office and supporting all his/her activities. **Responsibilities** - Managing the Chairman's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Coordinating and preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and documentation - Handling confidential communications, both written and verbal - Preparing reports and presentations as required - Managing correspondence and incoming/outgoing communications - Maintaining organized filing systems and records - Ordering supplies and managing office administration tasks - Providing administrative support to the Chairman's team as needed - Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation - Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Chairman's office **Skills & Experience** - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality - Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy - Proactive and solution-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of hospitality industry (preferred) **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree - 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (preferred) - Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion - Proficiency in Hindi and English **Compensation & Benefits** The salary range for this position is ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
