Job Description:
Summit Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Associate to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and assist in maintaining a positive work culture across properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
• Support training, staff engagement, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards
• Coordinate with different hotel units for HR-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
