Job Summary:

As a Lead Salesman at KLAN Couture, you will be the face of the brand on the retail floor. You will guide clients through high-end fashion selections, provide styling suggestions, and ensure every customer has a premium shopping experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, leadership, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in selecting luxury menswear (suits, bandhgalas, sherwanis, kurtas, accessories, etc.)
• Understand client needs, occasions, and preferences to make styling recommendations.
• Lead the retail sales team by example and ensure daily sales targets are met.
• Handle VIP clients, wedding styling consultations, and custom orders.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and merchandising.
• Coordinate with the tailoring and design team for fittings and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain stock records and suggest reorders of fast-moving designs.
• Train junior sales staff and promote team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in designer menswear or premium fashion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current trends in men’s ethnic and formal wear.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior staff.
