Role Overview

The Marketing Manager at Ather Siliguri will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring an unmatched community experience. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels—including digital, offline, BTL activations, and influencer outreach.

Your goal will be to create high-impact campaigns that not only drive footfall and leads but also create long-term customer engagement and brand loyalty. You will work closely with the sales and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Skills Required

• Strategic thinking with a creative flair.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing).
• Experience in event planning, BTL activation, and customer engagement.
• Content creation skills: understanding of design, video, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management and budgeting abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, automotive, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with EVs or sustainability-led brands is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the Siliguri/North Bengal market is preferred.
