**About the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Freelance Marketing Manager to drive footfall and generate interest in both the restaurant and rooms at our Days Inn by Wyndham franchise hotel in Gangtok. This role also involves marketing events and activities. Your proactive approach and communication skills will be crucial to connecting with potential customers and promoting our services effectively. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic in the restaurant and room bookings. - Design and execute marketing campaigns for hotel events and activities. - Manage social media presence and engage with potential customers online. - Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and online ads. - Collaborate with the hotel staff to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. - Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners. - Contribute to the overall branding and marketing efforts of the hotel. **Skills & Experience** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies - Proficiency in social media management and content creation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality and customer service - Ability to adapt to changing situations and meet deadlines **Qualifications** - Diploma in Marketing or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role **Compensation & Benefits** The salary range for this position is ₹15,001 - ₹25,000.
