We’re looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to take full ownership of store operations at Kulfreeze. From opening to closing, your role will be to ensure seamless functioning, uphold hygiene and SOPs, manage billing and cash, and most importantly – deliver a delightful customer experience every single day.

You’ll lead the team, interact with customers, encourage product trials, take feedback, and be our on-ground brand ambassador. This is a customer-first, hands-on role for someone who’s passionate about people, systems, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day store operations, from opening to closing
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP adherence at all times
• Supervise staff schedules, performance, and team coordination
• Handle billing, daily cash flow, inventory checks, and vendor coordination
• Interact with walk-in customers, take feedback, and ensure they leave with a smile
• Promote new launches, seasonal flavors, and exclusive offers
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain operational reports and records for accountability and review
• Train new team members and conduct routine performance evaluations

Additional Details:

• Work Timings: 13:30 till midnight (based on footfall)
• Weekly Off: 3 days per month (rotational)
