Job Description:
We are hiring a Process Controller to monitor and manage daily operational processes to ensure smooth workflow across departments. The candidate will be responsible for tracking activities, maintaining records, identifying inefficiencies, and coordinating with teams to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control operational processes and workflow
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation
• Identify process delays or bottlenecks and take corrective action
• Coordinate with internal departments for process updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in audits and inventory control if required

Requirements:

• B.Com graduate with good analytical and observation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and coordination ability
• Willingness to work in a structured process-driven role
• Local candidates from Siliguri preferred
