Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards
• Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, minibar, and stationery
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately to the supervisor
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols strictly
• Greet guests politely when encountered and respond to guest requests promptly
• Maintain linen and housekeeping trolleys in an organized manner
• Follow daily checklist and assigned room allocation from supervisor

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping preferred (Hotel industry)
• Physically fit and able to work on feet for extended periods
• Basic understanding of hygiene and guest service
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Team player with a pleasant attitude
