Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of various types of jewellery including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstones.
• Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and after-sales services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory management.
• Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business.
• Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and products.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic math and billing skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak hours.
• Fluency in local language; knowledge of English and Hindi is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in retail or jewellery industry is an advantage.

Salary would range anywhere between 8k - 10k
