About the Company:

Sriram Delta Equities is a leading financial services firm offering stock investments, mutual funds, and wealth management solutions. We also run a digital marketing division — Socialora.in — which provides Google Ads, social media marketing, and branding services to growing businesses.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident female Sales Representative to handle inbound leads and outreach for both financial services and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand client needs across both sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with clients interested in mutual funds, SIPs, and stock investments.
• Explain Google Ads, social media packages, and branding services to local business owners.
• Handle WhatsApp, phone, and email communication with clients.
• Maintain a lead tracking sheet and follow up consistently.
• Help clients complete paperwork for investments or service onboarding.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance teams for service delivery.
• Occasionally attend local networking events or meetings (BNI, client sessions).

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or higher.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (Bengali preferred).
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and phone etiquette.
• Ability to explain simple financial or marketing concepts clearly.
• Prior sales/telecalling experience preferred (freshers can apply).

Salary & Work Details:

• ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month (depending on experience and communication skills).
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• No paid leaves, flexible during medical needs.
• Full-time, in-office role at City Centre, Siliguri.
