Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage Sales Team: Supervise daily operations, assign targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Study industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and overall funnel health.
- Coordinate With Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams for seamless delivery and support.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and share insights with management.
