Life Aid, a well-known retail pharmacy in Siliguri, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesperson to join our team. Your main job will be to sell medicines based on valid doctor prescriptions. You should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of medicines, and a strong focus on helping customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and answer their questions about medicines.
• Fill customer orders correctly and quickly, following the doctor’s prescription.
• Keep track of stock and make sure medicines are always available.
• Speak with doctors or other medical staff when needed.
• Help customers understand how to take their medicines properly.
• Follow company rules and safety guidelines.
• Keep your work area clean and tidy.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Good speaking and writing skills.
• Able to work alone or with a team.
• Some knowledge of medical words (a plus).
• Friendly and helpful with customers.
• Can build good relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Basic computer knowledge (a plus).
• Work experience in a shop or pharmacy (a plus).

Education and Requirements

• Passed 12th grade (Higher Secondary).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a similar job (preferred).
• Age should be between 26 and 30 years.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary between ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, depending on experience.
