We are seeking a talented and imaginative Sculptor/Visual Artist to conceptualize, design, and create three-dimensional artworks using various materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of form, spatial awareness, and attention to detail, along with the ability to translate concepts into tactile, visually impactful pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce sculptures using materials such as clay, wood, metal, stone, resin, fiberglass, or mixed media.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and creative teams to interpret briefs and develop artistic concepts.
• Sketch ideas and create maquettes or digital 3D mockups for approval before final execution.
• Operate sculpting tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Apply finishing techniques including sanding, polishing, patination, and painting.
• Oversee the transportation, installation, and maintenance of sculptural works.
• Maintain a professional portfolio and document all work processes for promotional or archival use.
• Manage studio inventory, tools, and materials.
• Stay updated with current art trends, techniques, and technologies in sculpture and visual art.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Visual Arts, or related field (Preferred).
• Proven experience creating commissioned or exhibited sculptural work. ( Preferred)
• Proficiency in one or more sculpting materials and techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, proportion, and spatial design.
• Ability to read technical drawings or work from concept sketches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on multiple projects.
