Responsibilities:

Lead the HR department and manage a team of HR professionals across various functions

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Ensure legal compliance and maintain knowledge of labor law regulations

Monitor and manage compensation and benefits plans

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements:

Proven working experience as an HR Head or in a senior HR leadership role

8 to 10 years of overall HR experience with strong exposure to core HR functions

Excellent people management, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen

In-depth knowledge of HR systems, practices, and labor legislation
