Job Summary:

As a Service Advisor at TVS Siliguri, you will act as the link between the customer and the workshop. Your job is to understand the service needs of each customer, accurately document issues, explain the process, and ensure quality service delivery. This role demands strong communication, basic technical knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
• Create job cards with accurate problem descriptions.
• Estimate cost and time for service/repairs and get customer approval.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service managers to ensure timely work completion.
• Regularly update customers about service status.
• Conduct final inspection before vehicle handover and explain work done.
• Collect feedback and address any post-service concerns.
• Maintain daily records and service reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of two-wheeler mechanics and service processes.
• Proficiency in job card handling and customer management.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM/Workshop software).
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
