• Service Updates: Provide timely updates to customers regarding diagnosis, repair status, costs, and delivery time.
• Quality Check: Ensure all work is completed as promised before handing the vehicle back.
• Billing & Explanation: Explain the invoice, repairs done, and future maintenance requirements.
