We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to handle day-to-day stock management and billing operations at our FMCG distribution firm located in Marchak, Gangtok district. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, creating sales invoices, entering purchase bills in Tally, and overseeing the physical movement of goods at the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily stock records and update inward/outward movement of goods
• Prepare and generate sales bills accurately using Tally
• Enter purchase invoices and related data in Tally software
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods with warehouse labourers
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock and billing transactions
• Assist in monthly stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Work closely with the sales and accounts team for smooth order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse/storage area
• Generate basic reports as required (stock summary, billing report, etc.)
• Follow SOPs for handling perishable and non-perishable goods
