• Store Operations:
• • Open and close the store on time, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Monitor all areas of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Team Management:
• • Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
  • Assist in training new employees on store policies and customer service.
  • Prepare daily shift plans and allocate responsibilities to team members.
• Billing and Cash Handling:
• • Operate billing systems accurately and handle cash, cards, and digital payments responsibly.
  • Maintain daily cash reports, reconcile sales at end-of-day, and deposit cash as per procedure.
  • Resolve billing issues and ensure smooth checkout experience for customers.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• • Maintain accurate stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain records of inventory movement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery and returns.
• Customer Service:
• • Address customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Monitor feedback and suggest improvements to store policies or layout.
• Reporting:
• • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to senior management promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail/store management or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Minimum Qualification: 10+2
