In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. You will work directly with customers and vendors, ensuring a positive shopping experience and maintaining efficient store operations. The role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment in a vibrant market. **Responsibilities** - Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using appropriate systems. - Receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock of school uniforms and supplies. - Processing sales transactions and ensuring accurate billing. - Maintaining a clean and organized store environment. - Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. - Ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to. - Restocking shelves and ensuring adequate stock levels. - Assisting in business development activities as needed. - Communicating with vendors and suppliers. - Reporting any discrepancies or issues to management promptly. **Skills & Experience** - Proven experience in inventory management and control. - Proficiency in billing and cash handling procedures. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrable leadership skills. - Familiarity with school uniform products and trends is a plus. - Proficiency in handling multiple languages including Nepali, Hindi, Bengali, and English. **Qualifications** - 12th Standard (HSC/Intermediate/PUC) - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Age range 19-25 years. **Compensation & Benefits** Salary for this role ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month.
