We are looking for a responsible and skilled Workshop Manager to manage daily operations at our Ather Service Centre. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely vehicle delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations and technician activities
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and maintenance of Ather vehicles
• Diagnose technical issues and maintain service quality standards
• Oversee job cards, service records, and customer communication
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables
• Coordinate with the Ather support team when required
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline inside the workshop
• Train and guide technicians to improve performance

Required Skills

• Good technical knowledge of electric two-wheelers
• Hands-on experience in vehicle servicing or workshop operations
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (service software, reports, billing)
