As a Customer Support Associate, the candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support for all our FIT bookings. Their main duties will include answering customer calls and emails, resolving their queries, and ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to them. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred or Pursuing Degree
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service (fresher’s can also apply)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using MS Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
